Associate Facilities/Loan Admin 12 months FTC

On behalf of our client, an International Corporate Bank, we seek to recruit an individual to assist with Loan Facilities Administration of Bilateral, Syndicated and Agency Loans Key Responsibilities -To ensure that the conditions on approved loan credit applications are registered correctly to ACBS/ Midas Plus and related industry IT systems -To ensure that all Facilities Documentation is properly recorded and controlled in an accurate and timely manner. -Documentation completeness review / cyclical reviews. -Management reporting of incomplete items, limits breaches etc Key performance indicators: ? Successful and timely processing and control of all transactions within timeframes set. ? Internal and external error reporting ? Timely resolution of all errors and prevention of repeat errors. ? Customer feedback, both internal and external ? Review of customer complaints / feedback. ? Compliance with QMS. Knowledge and Skills: Expected to have a deep understanding of loan products looked after by Operations, and specifically Facility/ Loans Administration. Expected to learn how the various systems, which are evolving pull together and work. Demonstrable knowledge of Anti Money Laundering procedures. US Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) Bank of England and European Authorities. Demonstrable skills is assisting with team building. System use skills on Microsoft Office software.
