Our Client, a reputable Bank in the City is recruiting an Associate for the Loans Admin Dept.
The main purpose of the role is to assist the Loans Transaction Processing Sections in a cost efficient manner ensuring adherence to all Service Level Agreements and procedures.
?To ensure that all drawdowns, rollovers, repayments, prepayments and fees for The bank are processed in a timely and accurate manner
?To process secondary trades in a timely and accurate manner
?To communicate with Customers / Account Officers / Agent Banks and Participant Banks (as the case may be) in order to ensure that Bilateral, Syndicated and Agency facilities are correctly handled in accordance with the Agreements and the requirements of the customers
?To ensure that Nostro outstanding are tightly controlled
?To report to the Senior Associate Director delayed items, disputed amounts and provide updates on outstanding investigations
?To assist in the preparation of the departments reporting and internal controls
assist with projects and ad hoc tasks that further advance the abilities and scope of the Group
Required Knowledge and Skills:
?Demonstrable detailed Loan products knowledge
?Demonstrable understanding of Loans documentation
?System use skills on Microsoft Office products
?System use of Midas and ACBS or LoanIQ
?Ability to motivate and supervise staff
Qualifications and Training
??GCSE Level educated or equivalent, at a minimum
? Banking qualifications desirable ? providing product and documentation knowledge
?Fluent in English, a European language is desirable not essential
