Our client, London based, is looking for an Loans Admin Analyst, they works sole on the Agency side of the business, to join their team on a 12 month FTC - Maternity Cover. The main purpose of the role is to assist in management of all related processing and ensure department complies with all agency responsibilities defined in the Agency Loan Agreements.
To ensure that all actions are processed timely, accurately, have validity and ensure customer satisfaction.
Assist in the management of Team
Immediate response issues driven by important matters such as BCP and Confidential Information Control which demand to be treated as a priority
Identify and resolve errors promptly and report promptly to Senior Management.
Assist in preparation and maintenance of procedures for area
Key performance indicators:
- Successful and timely processing/control of all agency related transactions, and enquiries
- Successful and timely settlement of all Loan related payments
- Timely resolution of all errors and prevention of repeat errors
- Team building evidenced by low staff turnover
Skills and knowledge:
Solid experience in an active Agency team with associated management skills- essential
Good knowledge of Loans documentation -essential
Computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point minimum requirement) - essential
Key Behaviours/Competencies Required:
Demonstrable detailed agency knowledge
Ability to supervise / manage teams.
Demonstrable understanding of Loans documentation
System use skills on Microsoft Office Manager products
Flexible attitude to an evolving environment.
