Admin & Facilities Supervisor

£30,000- £40,000
On behalf of our client, a financial institution based in London, we are seeking an Administration & Facilities Supervisor to join their team. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Maintenance & running of the Reception and visitors' area including answering the phone, transferring and screening calls and welcoming visitors Handling of incoming and outgoing post, faxes, emails and booking couriers Arranging hospitality and booking meeting rooms for staff Ordering, monitoring and distribution of all office supplies including stationery & kitchen supplies General office duties e.g. banking, warrants, delivery & collection of documents etc Procurement and day to day monitoring of all office Management of any premises issues that arise including fault reporting, raising permits for works and snagging etc Ensuring all office equipment is in working order Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety regulations within the office Ownership and maintenance of the invoicing system for all departments Ownership and maintenance of the office archiving system Supervise ad hoc office projects including office moves & refurbishments, eg upgrading air conditioning system Support Office Manager re collating information as and when required Skills and knowledge: Able to demonstrate strong supervisory skills Excellent written & verbal communication skills Ability to delegate and prioritise work Excellent customer service skills Intermediate level of experience with Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Outlook Naturally organised and looking for a varied role Please send a copy of your CV to or call on 0207 972 9463 or 07955 400285
