Regulatory Reporting Developer

Our client is a reputable and well established bank in London, who seeks to employ a Regulatory Reporting Developer. We ideally are looking for is someone who has an ability to keep up with regulatory changes and preferably someone who has been involved in systems changes and database management to meet regulatory obligations. Job Description ? Improve existing automation of Regulatory Reporting through Lombard Risk’s STB for submission via GABRIEL and OSCA. ? Liaise with STB for the project management of the new Treasury System and remap files where necessary. ? Support the Regulatory Reporting Accountant with BAU work to cover in his absence. ? Document Financial Control’s input into the project and the requirements of STB with regards to the change in the Treasury System. ? Update and document the procedures covering all regulatory reporting (statutory as well as statistical). Experience and Skills required: ? ACCA qualified. ? Very good experience of COREP and Bank of England reporting. ? Good IT skills especially relating to database management. ? Technically competent to challenge Lombard Risk. ? Proactive in identifying misclassifications and database cleaning. ? Project management skills ? Prince2 is not essential but evidence of Reg-reporting installations would be ideal. ? Patience to map data correctly, test the changes and ensure the returns are complete and accurate. ? Documentation of procedures and the use of Agile reporter and STB.
