Junior Client Service Representative- FTC

Our client is a leading provider of investor communications technology-driven solutions for wealth management, asset management and capital markets firms. They are currently looking for a Client Service Representative to join their team. The main purpose of the role is to be responsible for validating and processing all Power of Attorney legal documentation in order to comply with the market requirements for proxy voting. Job Responsibilities:- 1. To review and process Power of Attorney legal documentation 2. To update systems and relevant applications. 3. To reconcile the Power of Attorney documentation for clients and the client’ systems 4. To liaise with sub custodians, clients and internal departments to ensure all documentation is in place 5. To process ad hoc administration requests from clients in line with pre-defined Service Level Agreements 6. To produce reports for clients and/or internal purposes based on systematic and manual output 7. To participate fully as a team member within the POA Operations team and to share knowledge and ideas to improve efficiency 8. To promptly and accurately resolve email from clients and sub custodians about their Power of Attorney requirements 9. May perform other duties/responsibilities as needed or assigned by the team leader Knowledge and skills: ? Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Operations and/or Client Services ? Educated to A level standard or above ? Financial service qualification is desired but not essential ? Proven proficiency in managing large volumes of documentation ? Experienced and passionate about driving high client satisfaction results and overall client advocacy ? Self-initiated to gain the knowledge necessary to perform job duties at a high level in a changing environment ? Solution oriented with analytical problem solving skills ? Excellent written and verbal communication skills - a confident and articulate candidate ? Attention to detail and the ability to maintain performance under pressure and to tight deadlines ? Experience of working in a financial service environment in similar Client Services, Asset Servicing, Custody Servicing or Proxy Voting department would be an advantage ?
