Our client based in London, are looking for a Fluent Mandarin speaking Junior Assistant working in Loans Administration looking after and migrating and checking customers contact details and other important information held on each new and existing corporate customers. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Mandarin, both written and oral skills essential.
Working in the Customer Information team, the jobholder will be responsible:-
? Checks new customers information such as passport and address copies etc., in the core system against account opening form;
? Checks existing customer's information against CIF amendment form (if any);
? Ensures relevant customers information in the system are complied with account opening standard set by Promotion Management Dept;
? Liaises with UK and overseas branches in relation to making amendment and monitor progress;
? Assists team and other departments in relation to data quality, CIF report and testing;
? Undertake other responsibilities as delegated by supervisors.
Skills and knowledge:
? Good MS Excel skills
? Experience within Financial Services Industry & proven track record in similar department/business stream
? Fluent in Mandarin and English languages.
? Relevant professional qualification
? Team player, diligent worker, good communicator
