Banking project administrator - 1 year FTC

Our client a reputable and well established bank in London, is currently seeking to employ a Banking project administrator to join their Operations team on a 1 year fixed term contract. * * Please note that previous financial administration is essential for any candidates applying for this position * * Responsibilities: Project administration ensuring all aspects of the project including process flows and procedures are completed by operational areas prior to sign off Collation of project business requirements and information prior to commencement of new projects. Creation of operational process flows based on information provided by operational areas detailing each control point. Update all operational procedures based on process flow information and controls To create vendor record process including regular vendor review process Update/Review operational system static data, providing support to the operational areas to ensure system information is accurate. Support/document the development of the banks business recovery plans Creation of operational areas management information monthly reports Skills and knowledge Five to ten years’ strong administrative experience within a financial institution Excellent written and verbal communication. Ability to collate information from various sources and create appropriate documentation in line with business requirements Competent using Microsoft packages. Time management.
