Relationship Manager - Business Banking

On behalf of our client, an international bank based in London, we are looking for a Relationship Manager to join their Retail Banking team. Acquire good quality Business Banking Customers Strengthening the existing client relationships Enhancing business volumes in accordance with budgets Consolidate and grow the market share of the Bank Understand and comply with conduct risk policy and requirements of the Bank Understand and comply with the customer profiling, risk assessment, know your customer, anti-money laundering policies and procedures of the Bank To exhibit high levels of customer service and sound understanding of business banking transactions Engage and interact with internal stakeholders across different departments To undertake projects and assignment from time to time as required by the Bank Facilitate competitor, market and customer intelligence to various Bank’s stakeholders Liaise with the internal stakeholders, introducers and existing customers to originate referrals for new customer acquisition Manage existing customer relationships to cross sell / up sell business banking products generating fee and interest income Use effective marketing and sales promotional tools for raising the bank’s profile in the target segment, which ultimately result in opening new business opportunities for the bank Active participation in community events, industry forums to generate new business opportunities Regular monitoring of accounts, timely flagging & communicating with clients or operations or compliance as required You will require the following key skills: Sound understanding and prior experience of managing SME and/or Business clients Selling, Negotiating, Networking and Relationship Management skills. Strong presentation skills; ability to communicate with all levels in an organization. Disciplined approach to documentation, deal execution and client follow up.
