Loans Agency Admin - 9 month FTC

On behalf of our client we are seeking a Loans Agency Administrator to join their team in London on a 9 month Fixed Term Contract. The purpose of the role is to ensure day-to-day support is given across all business lines - both for new and existing credit facilities. Direct day-to-day responsibilities will include (but not limited to): All facets of loan bookings (in LIQ); including deal structuration, amendments and cancellations Loan management; facilitating new utilisation/rollover requests, interest rate and margin management Cash flow management; monitoring the receipt of all interest, principal sums and fees due. (Additional nostro reconciliation checks performed.) Payment management, (Additional cross-activity payment management is undertaken on behalf of the Finance department, in line with the Payments Policy.) Refinancing and liquidity rate management Investigation and query management Client audit responses Issuances of SBLC’s (under full Counter Indemnity) Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience High level awareness of Investment/Corporate Banking and its products. This also needs to incorporate all facets of Facility (and Servicing) Agent role. Ability to work as part of a team following the procedures, processes and guidelines as set out by the department/branch. Strong decision-making capabilities and the ability to identify problems and propose solutions ? and then follow through any raised issues to the relevant parties when needed. Proactive with the ability to deliver value-added support to business partners in a dependable, timely and accurate manner. Demonstrates flexibility and willingness to accept new assignments and challenges in a rapidly changing environment. Good communication and relationship/partnership-building skills both with team members as well as other business partners. Ability to interact confidently with all levels of stakeholders. Strong attention to detail with a control and risk discipline mindset, takes ownership and is accountable for area of responsibility. Strong PC skills in Microsoft Suite (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to use web-based technology effectively. In particular having in depth knowledge of the loan management booking systems (LoanIQ) and the relevant cash payment and reconciliation systems (Kalypso, Plasnet, Sesame, Picasso, IMS etc.).
