Junior Receptionist

We are working with our client, an international bank based in London, with their search for a Junior Receptionist to join their team in London on a permanent basis. Job Responsibility Assisting in Administrative work (filing, scanning, copying) Familiar with Mobiles, Laptops, printers, faxes, photocopiers Invoice processing (Various types of invoices) Working closely with Assistant Manager Handling Post and Couriers Receiving postal mails and couriers and giving it to respective department on time without delays Ensure record is maintained for all inward and outward posts received and sent out Monitoring Front Entrance reception area for staff/visitors, to ensure they are scanned with Thermal Temperature Guns at the time of arrival Liaising with Assistant Manager with facilities matter in the office Liaise with building management with online booking systems for visitors including vendor/ third party contractor etc. Liaise with vendors for services including visits, bookings, issues etc. Manage and process Vendor Invoices in a timely manner Manage Reception and visitors as and when required Assistance in setting up video and audio conferences, projectors, PCs, and laptops. Ensure to complete training on time without reminders. Assisting the team in arranging social events inside the premises. Adhoc general admin duties as on when required Skills & experience required Administration skills Basic IT skills: Familiar with Microsoft Outlook, Office 365 email, Word, Excel, Power point Basic customer care skills Good communications skills Listening skills Flexibility Adaptability Applicant must have minimum one year of experience in facilities/ administration roles An organized person with a proactive approach towards issues. Good communicator with flair to IT support and customer service.
