Our client a Leading International Banking Group is looking for an administrator PA to join their team on a one-year fixed term contract with intention of being a permanent position. Our client works from office and will welcome three days flexible working. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Type confidential and non-confidential letters and faxes Handling and responding to correspondence including phone calls, emails and letters in liaising with the CEO ,register inward mails and despatch mails and messages Perform a variety of routine secretarial duties Receive visitors and guide them to other divisions as required Managing directors’ diaries and organising business meetings and appointments as instructed by directors, scheduling appointments and organising diary entries Ensure and oversee that all Board, Committee and general meetings are effectively organised Setting reminders for meetings, appointments and other important tasks Maintain an efficient filing system for confidential and non-confidential correspondences Operate photocopy and fax machines Distribute Annual Reports Liaising with HR Dept. to assist travel arrangements and hotel arrangements for directors and guests if necessary Assemble the required information for the quarterly Board Meetings Assist within the HR & Administration Department as and when required Understand and comply with the Bank's money laundering rules and procedures Skills and knowledge: Ability to multi-tasking, prioritising the duties and good planning skills Attention to details Organisational and communications skills Efficient in word processing and Excel Trustworthy in terms of the confidential information entrusted to her/him To comply with the FCA/PRA conduct rules for individuals.
