BA Supply Chain, Commodities
It is essential for all candidates to have experience within Commodities, ideally Soft Commodities , supply chain or if not logistics from a bulk cargo background.

The ideal candidate will feel comfortable with adoption of technology and have strong IT skills.
Our client cannot provide sponsorship with this role, so all candidates should have at least 3 years future UK work eligibility.
This role will involve travel including to developing countries.
Our client, a financial institution, is seeking a BA Supply Chain, Commodities to join their team on permanent basis.
The role will involve providing commodity/business focus to assess, report and assist with the deployment in the different businesses within the Group in different origin countries.
This role is based in London but will be working with different businesses within the Group, spending time in their location globally to be able to record and analyse current ways of working to the point of implementation and post implementation analysis.
Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
Develop cross commodity business insight to be able to support the optimisation and development of business processes
Conduct discovery of origin as-is processes and compare and map differences compared to global process templates
Build relationships to facilitate integration and adoption of new technology
Build processes to improve data standardization, quality and coverage, with a specific initial focus on EU regulation compliance,
Preparation of training materials for various stakeholders
To work closely with the Business teams to align on business requirements and ensure alignment with projects
To make recommendations, proposal of standardisations and prioritisation methodologies for the Business teams within an agile project structure
Provide updates and risks associated to activities assigned.
Skills & Experience:
Minimum 2 years experience as a business analyst within a project environment with an interest in business process/transformation area, within soft commodities/ supply chain or logistics
A degree in Business, Management, or related field or equivalent experience.
Experience within the commodity industry or in supply chain is highly desirable.
Knowledge and experience of communications planning and delivery to support change initiatives, and able to clearly articulate messages to a wide variety of audiences
Proven numeracy, analytical and report writing skills.
Fluent English required.
Spanish or/and French speaking would be desirable.
