We have a vacancy for a casual Receptionist with our prestigious banking client. As the first point of contact, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere for all visitors and clients. The role will be to cover sickness, holidays etc. so need someone who can go in at very short notice. Meet and Greet Responsibilities: ? Warmly welcome and assist visitors, ensuring a positive experience. ? Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments. ? Maintain a tidy and organized reception area to reflect our client's professional standards. Key Requirements: ? Proven experience as a receptionist in a corporate setting. ? Proficiency in Arabic, enabling seamless communication with Arabic-speaking clients. ? Flexible availability for occasional work, ensuring coverage as needed. ? Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with diverse individuals.
