Our client an international bank in London is looking for a Credit Risk Manager FI and Corporate
The Credit Risk Manager will report to the Head of Credit and will be responsible for independent credit risk analysis of allocated cases/transactions and the day-to-day accountability for credit risk within the Branch Risk Appetite and Credit Risk Management Policy.
Responsibilities of the Credit Risk Manager
? Provide independent credit risk analysis to the Credit Committee covering:
o Deal Structures & terms
o Loan obligors & guarantors
o Money market & derivative counterparties
o Bond issuers
o Analysis of country risk
o Analysis of Industry risk
? Provide assessments on annual/ad hoc credit reviews and new deals
? Assess the impact on Risk Appetite Statement
Skills and experience required for the Credit Risk Manager
? 5 years Credit Analysis/Credit Risk Management experience in a UK bank
? Bachelors Degree
? Proven ability to analyse credit risk covering financial institutions and corporate borrowers.
? Knowledge of internal rating methodology and stress testing credit risk
? Experience of New deals and periodic reviews.
? Product knowledge covering treasury, corporate lending, structured deals, project finance and/or Leverage finance.
? Knowledge of legal documentation and collateral management
