Banking Ops and Cash Management

Our client, a West End bank is looking for a Banking Ops and Cash Management individual to join their team on permanent basis. This is a 5 days per week in the office position. Kye Responsibilities include but are not limited to: ? Ensuring till, ATM, vault and branch limits are adhered to ? Manage cash order and remittance with Assistant Manager ? Maintain a high standard of housing keep is managed for vault and teller ? First point of contact for all ATM related queries ? Providing First Level of Support for daily ATM servicing ? Managing all ATM related issues for all UK Cards ? Managing the daily reconciliation for the ATM and escalating all issues with the vendor promptly ? Processing inward & outward remittance ? Completing payments investigations ? Processing/amending/cancelling of standing orders ? Settlement & Reconciliation ? Nostro & internal accounts reconciliation ? Complete SWIFT investigations and query messages ? Creation/Amendment of customer records ? Set up, amendments, and roll over of Fixed Deposit ? Issuance, cancellation, and acknowledgement of Cheque books ? Cash deposit/withdrawal and exchange in sterling and foreign currency ? Completing regular sanity testing, including out of working hours testing ? Conduct regulatory reports such as REP017, SCV etc ? Conducting test runs of report, in preparation for submission ? Generating MI for Operations data and activities, including those carried out by other departments ? Carry out assurance checks on data, correcting where incorrect data found ? Training new joiners with system functionality and processing Skills and knowledge ? A minimum of 3 years UK Banking Operations, Back Office Processing experience essential ? A minimum of 3 years Investment settlements experience ? System knowledge and experience in SWIFT, Clear stream are desirable ? Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook ? Knowledge / understanding of FCA money laundering regulations ? Risk and control focus on operational processes ? Strong work ethic ? A team player; must have experiences of working within a team ? Excellent interpersonal and verbal skills ?
